//News OCTOBER 2005!!!!! As you probably know, TGS is no longer playing. But some of us have been in search of another band. Two members of The Grace Series (Chris Whitley and John Harrell) have teamed up with a new singer/bass player (Cameron Decker) and are currently writing new songs and booking shows. We are also looking forward to our show this saturday: the 13th with From lonley shores and the title ceromony. its gonna be great. we also have a show in kinston with decyfer and the 7 method this friday the 12th. thats gonna be great too! any way, until next time.... -tgs november *10th sorry its been so long since we have updated this. things have been busy. recording, john getting married...etc. but finally, in the next week or so the ep will be going to print. for now the release party date is on dec 20th. we are hoping it will be at the arts council in downtown kinston. we will be posting directions soon. its going to be a free show and we will be selling then new ep. hope everyone comes out! also the next show will be with some really great bands, from lonely shores and the title ceremony, in morehead city. check the shows page for details. also, because of jon riggs going overseas, we are looking for a temporary guitarist or drummer, please contact us if any one is intrested. -brandon september *30th hey kids. we just got back from Charlotte, and had a great time. Jon couldn't make it, so it was just the 3 of us, but that was okay, it was still a great show. We had a great time hanging out with Under the Bus, and hope to do some more shows with them. For all you guys and gals in Greenville, NC, we are in the works of putting together a big show at the pirate underground. It may be close enough to the EP release date to give away a few pre-release copies! keep checking back for more info on that. -tgs *18th As you may have noticed, We have canceled a few of our shows. we are very sorry to have to do it, but we can't pull off doing a show every weekend like we had hoped. but we will continue booking 1 or 2 shows a month. Our new guitar player will soon be leaving to go to Iraq. we will miss him very much. in the meantime, we will continue booking and promoting our EP which is planed to be released by December. Please pray for us as we are trying hard to release to EP, and get out there to all you guys and hang out with you. We have had such a great response from just the few shows we've done, and we hope to be doing many more. Our new guitar player, Jon Riggs, played his first show with us and he did an amazing job. Thanks to all the kids who came to jeremiah's house sat night. You guys were rad! We have narrowed the EP release date to sometime the first part of december. We are setting up a place to have the release party and we hope every one that can will come. We are hoping to continue to do shows with them in the future. Also, we will soon be setting a release date for the e.p. We're going to be finishing up vocals and sending it to be printed.
